Forever Let It Snow.

Everyone seems to complain about the snow but I wonder how many people secretly like it? Of course, it makes our roads dangerous and even a walk into town and back can become a treacherous journey for the old and frail, but apart from this it is inarguably beautiful.

I find myself complaining about it just like everyone else sometimes. Why this is I don’t really know; just the herd instinct, I suppose. Although the truth is that I love to see it snow.

It is a long time ago that I can remember this much snow just before Christmas. It is only six days away and the child in me wants it to still be here. But if I am realistic about it, Christmas Day will probably be like a sunny period in autumn; that’s normally how it works.

I’ve always found it a little bit depressing when the snow begins to melt. I don’t like to witness the process of it turning into a wet mess that looks brown and dirty on the roads. It is like the aquatic equivalent of rot and decay. Something that looked so clean and pure, slowly becoming soiled.

If we are honest, if only to ourselves, most of us enjoy the snow. It is magical and it makes us feel like children again. How can every snowflake be unique in its form? And how can the wind make it drift into such wonderful shapes?

I think that we should stop complaining about it so much when it comes; if it never snowed again then would we celebrate? No, it would not be long before we yearned for its perfect whiteness. There is nothing else like snow in the world. It completely changes landscapes and brings with it an expectant hush of magic.

Finally, it is time for my sensational web link of the day. I have just chanced upon upon this article called Enigin Energy Savings , not only is this company great at what they do, but I am really loving this article as well. I think you guys would really like this one!
